Technical support

Something not working, or not sure how something works? Check the FAQ first. If that doesn’t answer it, here’s who to ask and how.

1.Who to ask

About a match, a result or a registration: the league running the event decides these, not Slipstream. Use the match page to report, confirm or dispute a result, or to agree a time. If a dispute is open, the league’s staff review it there. Registrations are approved by the league’s staff too.

About Slipstream itself (signing in, your profile, your team, something broken or a page that looks wrong): contact us.

3.What to include in a report

A few details save a lot of back and forth:

  • Your Discord username, so we can find your account. Never send your password or a sign-in code: we'll never ask for them.
  • The link to the page where it happened (an event, a match, your team page).
  • What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. Copy any error message word for word.
  • Roughly when it happened, and your time zone.
  • A screenshot, if you can, and which browser and device you were using.

4.Security problems

If you’ve found a way to see or change something you shouldn’t be able to, email support@playslip.stream with “Security” in the subject and the steps to reproduce it. Please don’t test it on other people’s accounts or data, and give us a chance to fix it before telling anyone else.

5.Copyright and content takedowns

If a team name, logo, banner or other content on Slipstream uses your work without permission, or is abusive or illegal, email support@playslip.stream with “Takedown” in the subject. Please include:

  • Your name and how to contact you.
  • The link to each page where the content appears.
  • What the content is and why it should come down: for copyright or a trade mark, what you own and how it's being used.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised, and that what you've told us is accurate and you own the rights or are allowed to act for whoever does.

We’ll look at every request and remove or change content that breaks our Terms of Service or the law. We may tell the team or person who posted it, so they can respond; if they think we’ve got it wrong, they can reply to that email with their side, and we’ll look again.
