Slipstream Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 Sept 2026 · Slipstream
Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Slipstream (the “Platform”), operated by Saelum Labs (Godswill Erhunmwunse) (“Slipstream,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, registering a team, or participating in any league or event hosted on Slipstream, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and is incorporated by reference.

Code of Conduct
By participating, you agree not to:
Enforcement
We (and, for a specific league, that league’s staff) may take action in response to a violation of these Terms or an event’s rules, at our discretion and proportionate to the conduct, including:
Decisions on disputes and enforcement are made via the admin dispute-review process, and every admin override or resolution is recorded with the reasoning given. Enforcement decisions are ultimately at our discretion.
Match Results and Disputes
Match results are recorded on the Platform once league staff confirm or resolve a submitted score. Slipstream is built to incorporate ballchasing.com replay data for automatic result verification, but that integration isn’t live yet — today, results are entered and confirmed by league staff, including through the dispute process below. This section will be updated once automatic replay ingestion launches.
If you believe a result is incorrect (e.g. a disconnect, a scoring error, suspected cheating), you may raise a dispute through the Platform within the window stated for that event. Disputes raised after that window may not be considered.
We may request replay files, screenshots, or other evidence to resolve a dispute, and may order a match or game to be replayed, uphold the original result, or apply another remedy at our discretion.
Prizes and Payments
We do not currently process payments. Entry fees and prize payouts are out of scope until they launch through a licensed third-party payments provider (e.g. Stripe Connect); this section applies once that functionality launches, and the Privacy Policy will be updated at that time.
Content and Intellectual Property
Third-Party Services
Slipstream integrates with Discord for sign-in, and is designed to integrate with Rocket League platform services (Epic Games, Steam, PlayStation Network) and ballchasing.com for replay parsing as those features launch. We’re not responsible for outages, data loss, or account issues originating from these services, though we’ll do what we reasonably can to work around them (e.g. rescheduling a match affected by a Discord outage).

Changes to These Terms
We’ll update the “Last updated” date above whenever these Terms change, and will post a notice ahead of any change that affects prize/payment terms or eligibility.
